Night Out

Our Saved in America organization participated in the National Night Out with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department in 2021. This event was held at Valley Center California. SIA was an honored guest of the San Diego Sheriff's Department. This night of awareness was launched as a way to educate the community about the crimes that are prevalent in the area as well as introduce them to various non-profit organizations, like Saved in America that could serve them in the future. This partnership between our organization and the law enforcement agencies in the area is vitally important in doing the most good for the human trafficking victims and their families.

Many Volunteers Have Law Enforcement Backgrounds

Saved in America doesn’t employ its professionals. Instead, these men and women eagerly give their services freely to the cause of rescuing missing, lost, or exploited children from the human trafficking industry. Many of our volunteers have a professional background in law enforcement. This training not only helps them know how to approach a case and solve it most effectively, but it also aids in our ability to work hand-in-hand with local law enforcement.

It’s a Team Effort

At Saved in America, our volunteers, who are all licensed private investigators, aren’t interested in waging war with the police departments to find missing kids. Instead, we hope to combine our efforts with those of the local law enforcement agencies who are working tirelessly in the area. Many times, it is simply a matter of them being overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the workload or put in the necessary research hours needed to find these missing kids. Thankfully, at SIA, we are happy to step in and help and serve these families free of charge. Many times, once we have located the missing kids, we call in the local authorities to go in and oversee the rescue itself.

Awareness is Important

Awareness, like that which is fostered by the National Night Out event, is important to further bring together all the agencies and nonprofit organizations who want to serve their communities to the best of their abilities. Without this corporation and awareness, the good guys would be woefully outnumbered by those who seek to victimize children.
