Joined Forces Save Kids

In acknowledgment of January being the National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, USA Today put together a video about how retired police and former Navy SEALs have joined forces to save kids from modern-day slavery, known as human trafficking. This video spotlights Saved in America, a non-profit organization made up of the joined forces of many former professionals, like Navy SEALs and police officers.

Saved in America Has an Immense Success Rate

While other organizations boast a good rate of success, our own organization, Saved in America, exhibits an astounding 100% success rate, meaning every single child we have sought to find and/or rescue from human trafficking, we have either found or helped find and restore them to their families or other safe situation. At the time of the taping of the video, there had been 58 successful recoveries. Since that date, the organization has overseen even more rescues, numbering into the hundreds and beyond. This number keeps growing with the increased cases of child victimization within the human trade industry.

How Fast is the Rescue Process?

One element that was spoken of during the video interview between our own founder Joseph Travers and the interviewer included the amount of time it typically takes to find a child once they have been reported missing by their parents. According to Travers, after a parent contacts our organization, the first step is to formulate a social media file on the missing child, which helps us determine where they might be located. The duration of time is typically only around five days between our first introduction until we have a good idea of where the child might be and can formulate a plan of rescue. Our shortest rescue took place in a mere five hours, whereas our longest was over the course of five months.

Saved In America Will go Anywhere to Rescue Kids

One of the hardest rescues our organization has overseen was the rescue of a Nevada girl from the California/Mexican border. Thankfully, the border authorities worked closely with our organization to successfully rescue 14-year-old victim. Our organization knows no boundaries when it comes to tracking down and finding lost children. However, we do operate primarily within the borders of the United States of America to find and rescue victims within our nation.
