Mobile Command Center

As with any rescue endeavor, the logistics of the process will either make or break the mission. Thankfully, our own beloved organization, Saved In America, has effectively expanded our reach by adding a new mobile command center. This addition to the existing rescue organization's effort is the topic of conversation for co-founder Joseph Travers when he appeared on Good Morning San Diego

Why a Mobile Command is Beneficial

Our organization, Saved In America, is made up of volunteers who are former skilled professionals like police officers or military specialists, who are now committed to fighting back against human trafficking. Kids from all over the country have been found by our organization, and the continued need that exists in recovering multiple children at one time has initiated the creation of a mobile command center. This center allows multiple recoveries to take place at one time in one region, with one central point of communication, one central point for electrical gear and one central point for operations. In other words, it's a home base for the team of professionals who work tirelessly to rescue those amongst us who are the most vulnerable, our children. In addition to the help it provides logistically for our team of professionals, the mobile command center also provides a safe area for parents who are awaiting a rescue operation to find and recover their child.

Logistics Are Necessary For The Good Guys Too

It has been proven that an evil triad made up of prison gangs, street gangs and drug cartels are directly related to the increase in human trafficking cases within the United States. Therefore, these bad guys have formed a team of sorts, fighting against the goodness of childhood, seeking to victimize children who are tricked into trusting them. Therefore, it is just as important that the good guys, former Navy SEALs, former police detectives and current private investigators team up and search for these kids and find them before the bad guys have a chance to turn them from runaways into victims of trafficking. This process is greatly improved by having a mobile command center, a sole point of contact for all the volunteers to meet up and communicate on the progress of their various rescue cases. All in all, the mobile command center has expanded the outreach of our organization immensely and for that we are truly thankful. #ChildSavedNotSold
