Recovering Children

This story posted by Macaroni Kid explains how Saved in America is actively working to recover missing children in the San Diego area, as well as throughout the United States. When a child goes missing, it is an “all hands on deck” situation, and when fourteen-year-old Emmeline goes missing, the state of panic that her parents felt was palpable by all those who came around offering help. Unfortunately, the police were overloaded and, since seconds count in missing child cases, her parents turned to the professionals at Saved in America to increase the chance of her recovery.

What is Saved in America?

Our own organization, Saved in America, was founded as a way to aid families in finding missing and exploited children. In many of these cases, the kids are at risk of being trafficked through human trafficking rings, so it’s immensely important that these kids are found as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, tracking down a missing teen usually involves a great deal of surveillance and reconnaissance work that takes time and know-how to understand how to use social media and other tools to track down and find the missing child. That is why SIA was created, as a way to help this process along and increase the chances of success.

SIA Doesn’t Work Outside of the Law

All the professional volunteers who give their time to help find missing and exploited children are licensed private investigators. They are also all former law enforcement professionals or have been trained by the military to perform special missions due to their skills and abilities. Therefore, this team of volunteers are more than capable of finding missing kids and they gladly help families by turning over their findings to the correct authorities who then go in and orchestrate the rescue.
