Modern-Day Slavery

Child sex trafficking is modern-day slavery and a billion-dollar industry operating successfully within America’s borders. This horrendously evil industry even has rival gangs teaming up to better victimize and profit from innocent girls. In many cases, 30 to 50 girls will be enslaved together inside one property and Johns will buy these girls, using them over and over. The working day for these victims often begins at 10 am and goes through 2 am. It is a horrific lifestyle in which they are trapped and can’t see any way out.

How The Victims Are Lured In

The ways these evil triads work to victimize young girls range. Some are subtle and use social media and compliments to gain the trust of victims. Other times, victims are bullied into the industry through fear tactics and abuse. Still, others are given drugs and hooked on a lifestyle that becomes their prison. Often, it’s a combination of all of the above. The most effective strategy is simply to imprison them before they know what is happening and then scare them into thinking there is no way they can make it out alive.

Death Isn’t Always The Worst-Case Scenario

For families who find out their daughters were kidnapped and enslaved in the sex trade industry, they can sometimes feel that death might not have been the worst option. In many of these cases, the families are thrilled to learn their daughter is still alive but then immensely burdened when they discover the horrendous life she has been living in captivity. Thankfully, there is hope of a good life even after being a victim of the industry.

Saved in America

Saved in America works hand-in-hand with families and law enforcement to step in and help find these girls and rescue them from the sex trafficking industry. The Saved in America team of volunteers is made up of former law enforcement officers, former military specialists, and attorneys. They are all licensed private investigators who understand the inner workings of this hellish industry. Thanks to their past training and their current understanding of the way the industry works, they can track these girls down using social media and Craigslist postings. Then, these girls are rescued and given the help they need to recover and go on to live healthy lives.
