Bigger Impact

Saved in America does not charge families for their services, ever. Therefore, we depend on donations, fundraisers, and generous individuals to ensure that we can keep serving our community, San Diego specifically, and the nation overall. Thankfully, many want to fight back against the horrors of human trafficking and work to make America a safer place. These donations to our non-profit cause allow us to have an even bigger impact than we could have otherwise by keeping our services free and our technology up-to-date.

Grant Funds

Thankfully, San Diego’s Bill Horn and Ron Roberts, county supervisors, have allocated their grant funds for the year and have remembered Saved in America. The groups that the supervisors supported through these grants included many worthy organizations, ranging from hospice care to homeless services and more. At Saved in America, we were granted funds totaling $80,000 to go toward our organization and to help more families fight back against human trafficking.

A spokesman for Saved in America, Suzi Day explained the immense impact that the grant funds will have towards SIA’s continued works in the community. She said, “We’re just really looking forward to making an even bigger impact…and the mobile command center is going to enable them (volunteers) to better assist more families and help prevent future trafficking.”

Why Grants, Donations, and Fundraisers Are Important

Grants like the above, along with fundraising efforts and general donations are immensely important as Saved in America doesn’t make a dime off their services. In addition, we are constantly improving our equipment including tech, such as drones and other surveillance equipment to find missing kids as quickly as possible, hopefully escaping a human trafficking ring before they are enslaved within.

All Volunteer

Saved in America is made up of professionals who volunteer their time to fight back against human trafficking. All the professionals who work with SIA have either law enforcement or military specialist training and background. This makes them well-qualified to fight back on the home front against these evils. In addition, the entire Saved in America team are licensed private investigators, meaning everything they do is above board, within the realm of the law. We will work to get the victims rescued right and then follow up with legal help and counseling options as well.
