Missing Children

Imagine what it would be like to wake up one day and realize your child is no longer in their room. They aren’t in the yard either, nor are they with their best friend down the road. Instead, they are simply missing. They have now become a statistic counted among the thousands upon thousands of kids who go missing each year in America. Thankfully, Saved in America has committed its efforts as an organization to finding these kids and ensuring they are a child saved not sold.

Predators Instigate

In many cases of runway children who go missing, there is an evil at play that is just below the surface. This doesn’t occur simply because the child decides to leave their home. Instead, it is usually the result of the process of grooming initiated by a perpetrator to victimize a child. They will slowly earn their trust through many methods including social media contact or getting them hooked on drugs. Either way, they become dependent on this predator for either comfort in terms of kind words or for their next fix. Eventually, they are indoctrinated so deeply into the system that they will willingly do what the predator tells them. This is often when they run away. Then, the predator moves in and has easy access to their prey since they are now away from every form of support they might have had before.

Saved in America

Thankfully, in many of the cases in which Saved in America is called in to help find a missing child, they can find these kids before the predators do. This means they keep them from being sold in human trafficking or the sex trade. While their ordeal is still traumatic, these kids are spared from some evils of the industry. Of course, in other cases, they are already sold but are rescued from that as well. Thankfully, Saved in America doesn’t merely rescue kids and leave them to fend for themselves, they ensure they get the help they need to recover and heal from their ordeal.

Going to Battle

In addition to helping find these kids, Saved in America works to help families prosecute these evildoers, hopefully landing them behind bars where they belong. All of this, and the only payment they expect is the smile on the face of the parents when their child is returned to them.
