Exclusive Interview

President of the National Association for Missing & Exploited Children Founder and Executive Director of our own Saved in America Joseph Travers gave an exclusive interview to Rashinoista on our organization and his background. Retired Navy veteran, former Police Detective, Licensed Private Investigator, and Pastor Joseph Travers explains how Saved in America got its start.

It Was a Calling

Travers had a background that gave him insider information on the way the evil triad of prison and street gangs along with the cartels were moving into the human trafficking industry. These criminal units quickly discovered the monetary value of a human life and understood that they could sell a person over and over, while they could just profit off drugs once. Therefore, this heinous evil collaboration between gangs and the drug industry combined to form a superpower overseeing the sex trafficking industry.

All Volunteers Are Highly Skilled

All the volunteers who generously give of their time to help Saved in America are licensed private investigators and were former police officers or military specialists. This distinction gives them a great deal of industry-level experience that helps them work closely with current law enforcement professionals to do the hard investigative work of finding a child who has been victimized by the human trafficking industry.

No Families Are Charged for The Services Provided

Saved in America began as a not-for-profit organization in 2014, and it remains so to this day. The first child who was rescued was a 14-year-old-child who entered into the lifestyle when she was just 11=years-old. This case was followed by hundreds of other successful recoveries and rescues that have led the group to grow from a small local organization to one that helps find missing kids all over the country, all at no charge to the families involved.

Law Enforcement Does The Rescue

Saved in America’s law enforcement liaison works in conjunction with law enforcement agencies and police departments to coordinate the rescue once a child is located. Saved in America will never perform a “snatch and grab” operation but instead will work with law enforcement to ensure that the rescue is completed and any predators who are present are arrested and charged with a crime.
